We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

Declaration

Within our “Declaration” project, there is the possibility to join and sign the declaration yourself as a visitor. The relevant information can be filled in a form.
This data will not be evaluated by us in any way and will only be used to display your data in the list.

The e-mail address to be provided will only be used for the confirmation e-mail and for identification purposes should you decide at a later date to delete your list entry. All you need to do is send us an e-mail.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

Matomo Analytics

Your privacy is very important to us, and we are committed to respecting and protecting it. For this reason, we use Matomo Analytics on our website.

Matomo is an open-source web analytics platform that enables us to understand better how our users interact with our website, which helps us improve its functionality and user experience.

No Cookies

We have configured Matomo not to use cookies. This means that we do not store any files on your device when you visit our website. Unlike other common tracking tools, our use of Matomo does not require any form of consent for cookies since we don’t use them.

Anonymised Tracking

In line with our commitment to respect and protect your privacy, we have set Matomo to only track anonymised data. Matomo anonymises your IP address immediately after collection, ensuring no personal data about you is stored or processed. This anonymised data is solely used to analyse website usage trends, administer the website, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Forms

We use Ninja Forms, a WordPress plugin, to collect and process personal information through the forms on our website. The information you provide through these forms, such as your name, email address, and other requested details, is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and providing the requested services.

We take appropriate measures to protect the security and confidentiality of the information collected through Ninja Forms. Please note that by submitting personal information through these forms, you consent to its collection and use as outlined in this privacy policy.

YouTube

Our website uses plugins showing YouTube videos, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

For performance and data protection reasons, only the thumbnails of the corresponding videos are loaded when a page is loaded and no cookies are set or data transferred to Google. In order to watch the videos, you must first agree to the use of cookies.

If you’re logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

YouTube is used to help make our website appealing. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.

This website is available in German and English. We use the plugin “WPML”.

This website is configured so that no automatic redirection happens based on your browser language and so no cookies are set.

Vimeo

Our website uses features provided by the Vimeo video portal. This service is provided by Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

If you visit one of our pages featuring a Vimeo plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. Here the Vimeo server is informed about which of our pages you have visited. The security plug-in “All In One WP Security & Firewall” from Tips and Tricks HQ is used to protect the website. Facebook feed

Under “Recently” the feed from our Facebook page is displayed. For this purpose the plugin “Custom Facebook Feed” from SmashBallon LLC, Smash Balloon LLC, Minneapolis, Minnesota is used.

The plugin is set to be DSGVO-compliant, i.e. no cookies are set or data is transferred directly from or to Facebook.

6. Payment service providers

PayPal

Our website accepts payments via PayPal. The provider of this service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l & Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.

If you select payment via PayPal, the payment data you provide will be supplied to PayPal based on Art. 6 (1) (a) (Consent) and Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO (Processing for contract purposes). You have the option to revoke your consent at any time with future effect. It does not affect the processing of data previously collected.
